Immerse yourself in heart-opening cacao ceremonies to connect with your Anahata (heart) chakra and set powerful intentions. Through gentle Yin yoga postures, embody compassion and openness while fostering a deeper connection to self and others. Learn foundational meditation techniques to cultivate focus, awareness, and inner balance.
To signal the completion of this sacred journey, we will share “The Elixir of Gods” in a closing ceremony, reflecting on the lessons, benefits, and wisdom gained. Together, we will honor the transformative experiences and set intentions to carry this growth forward, holding space for the next magical moment when our paths may cross again.
-
Experience a sensory-rich journey combining guided movement, breathwork, and creative exploration to harmonize feminine and masculine energies. Enhanced by Juniper Sol Apothecary’s handcrafted botanical oils, this practice invites you to connect with your body’s innate wisdom and natural rhythms. Through gentle movement, intentional touch, and breath, you’ll awaken alignment and renewal. Harness the fire element to balance water, spark transformation, and channel your energy into hands-on creative activities and altar building. These immersive sessions will leave you grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to your authentic self.
-
Learn how to alchemize and use the energy dynamics of the body with the earthly elements of wind, fire, earth, air and water to manifest and realize a heightened state of emotional and spiritual awareness.
Realize how connecting with the energetic elements of our being can begin to dissolve our veils of illusion and enable us to see from a higher, more illuminated perspective; a perspective that creates motivation for a more authentic manifestation and expression of a balanced masculine and feminine self.
Experience the integration of body, mind, heart and soul and how an integrated practice of self-care and self-love can be a healing and balanced approach towards the realization of our greater capacities.
